Specialist Accounts Receivables & Deductions Finance with English

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
*Communicate with customers in English language regarding account-related issues, collections, and operational matters via phone, email, and customer portals.
*Work closely with internal teams to monitor receivables and resolve aged balances, credit issues, and discrepancies efficiently.
*Execute outgoing payments following internal procedures.
*Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit Management, Incoming Payments, Customer Excellence team and Sales to drive effective solutions.
*Investigate financial discrepancies with colleagues in Bratislava and local countries & supports in claims resolution.
*Propose and implement solutions, maintaining regular communication with customers.
*Perform financial accounting tasks and ensure accuracy of customer accounts in SAP.
*Identify recurring issues and support preventive actions.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
*University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
*Fluency in English language is a must
*Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must; familiarity with PowerBI, Power Query, and Macros is a plus.
*Experience with SAP is an advantage.
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
*Customer-focused with analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset.
