Plant Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Operational & Production Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production workshop, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.

• Supervise production, maintenance, logistics, and administrative teams (approx. 35 employees).

• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and improve operational KPIs.

Maintenance & Technical Coordination

• Organize maintenance and repairs of equipment, building facilities, and production devices.

• Coordinate regulatory inspections (machines, forklifts, fire extinguishers, boilers, etc.).

• Manage production supplies (consumables, components, materials).

Procurement & Supplier Interaction

• Manage procurement for workshop operations and maintenance activities.

• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and service levels.

Finance & Administrative Support

• Oversee workshop-related cost control within the operational budget (under supervision of the Group Production Director).

• Support administrative processes related to invoicing, reporting, and ERP records.

People Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop team members across production, logistics, and maintenance.

• Plan staffing and shift schedules.

• Foster collaboration, problem-solving, and a positive working environment.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify improvement opportunities in processes, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

• Contribute to group-level strategic goals and operational development initiatives.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or workshop management.

• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment.

• Experience using ERP systems.

Education & Skills

• Degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.

• Fluent English (written & spoken).

• Skills in production coordination, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
