Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Product Manager to support our Customer Support Team in managing documentation, quality control of client-facing materials, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and consistently high-quality client materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, store, and maintain all client-facing documents and materials in shared folders and internal systems.
- Ensure that all marketing and support materials (such as brochures, guides, welcome kits, and packaging) are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and quality.
- Perform quality checks on printed and packaged materials before distribution to ensure they meet standards.
- Maintain records of packaging specifications, version history, and document templates.
- Coordinate updates to onboarding kits, welcome letters, and promotional materials in collaboration with Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Provide administrative support for internal operations, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation control.
- Assist in organizing training content, policy manuals, and product-related support documentation.
- Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content and packaging workflows.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or document control role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when reviewing printed materials or checking packaging.
- Proficiency with digital tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar platforms for document storage and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure consistency across all outputs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing content review.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Miro, Canva, Asana, Monday.com).
