IT Service Operations Manager (support & security)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Objectives:
Co-ordinate and Manage IT Service Operational activities under Plant IT Operations, primarily covering Incident, Problem and Change Management tasks End-user support, Network and .
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Tower Teams for Incident Analysis, Support, IT infrastructure tracking etc. to ensure adherence to set process and quality.
- Support and pro-active management of End Client Equipment’s (ICT infrastructure, WIN/LX/Networking/HW Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, Projectors, Engineering Devices etc.
- Analysis of recurring incidents and coordinate with cross tower teams to create proactive problem records and execute corrective actions
- Implementation of audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001
- Participate in Lean daily team meetings
- Prepare daily reports, capture & track analysis details and provide status update to customer
- Drive Root Cause Analysis and Track actions
- Participate in Major Incidents to bring in right focus by tower teams for service restoration
- Support & Enable Technical Tower teams to meet SLA/KPIs and compliance to processes
- Co-ordination with cross functional teams
- Vendor coordination for End User equipment’s

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• General knowledge of IS operation and management
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, network infrasturcture, security, troubleshoot desktop, laptops and printer
• Knowledge of image deployment on desktop and laptops
• Good understanding of ITIL /SLA methodology
• Good knowledge in using ticketing systems
• Good knowledge in generating reports and data visualization / representation techniques
• Techno-Functional / Cross Tower experience from manufacturing domain
• 2-3 years of management experience (leading team of 3-5 associaetes)
• CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001
Fair understanding of manufacturing IT landscapes (Plant Networks, Datacentres, Database, Plant Floor Application, Track side Equipments etc, ERP & Warehouse apps)
• Experience working in a dynamic & highly demanding Environment, preferable in a Mfg. IT Service Delivery / Support Organization
