Project Quality Leader

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Complete the tasks as defined in the OPTIMAP PM, EPM, MPM & SPM SOW that he/she is responsible for.
• Complete the OPTIMAP deliverables as defined by the PO operating, methodology, technical standards &/or the customer specific requirements putting the evidence in KEOPS that he/she is responsible for.
• Lead the customer APQP process to achieve the customer approval by deploying the customer specific requirements to the core team members and validating the core teams deliverables before presenting to the customer with the Program Manager.
• Identify the gaps in the quality deliverables to the customer requirements back to the core team members and escalate to the Program Manager and Customer Quality Manager when there is a risk to achieve the project quality objectives & customer satisfaction.
• Support the plant quality manager’s team in order to ensure all quality processes are efficiently deployed into the plant organization and are effective to secure the start of production.
• Report to the Customer Quality Manager on a periodic basis with the status of the quality deliverables and risks.
• Travel: Up to 60% in some months, depending on project phase (mainly within Central Europe)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Proven ability to work independently
• Solid experience with automotive customers, experience with plastic parts, including development phase and PPAP
• English – fluent (mandatory)
• German – strong advantage
