Order to Invoice Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order to Invoice Analyst to join our Customer Financial Services team in Bratislava. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders through to invoicing, supporting our international operations. The successful candidate will adhere to a strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Invoice (O2I) processes. Moreover, the candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the complete Order to Invoice cycle for international customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely billing.
• Monitor and maintain billing accuracy, identifying and correcting errors to prevent revenue leakage.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
  

​Initial contract will be fixed-term for a 1 year. After mutual agreement the contract can be changed to permanent.​

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an international Order to Invoice or Order to Cash role, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage
• Some understanding of billing systems, ERP platforms (e.g., D365), and financial processes.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
