Nonconformance Handling Assistant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

About the role:

The main responsibility of Nonconformance Handling Assistant is to ensure proper NC (nonconformance) handling including preliminary investigation, proper documentation of performed activities, their recording in Trackwise system and other required activities associated with NC handling.

Your key duties and responsibilities as a Nonconformance Handling Assistant:

• To initiated NC on dedicated area

• To participate in the incoming material NC solving

• Daily overview about initiated NC on dedicated area if needed

• To perform NC trends

• Archiving of the initiated NCs

• To coordinate and support the NC handling according to valid procedures

• To ensure that initiated NCs are correctly and completely described/written, including supporting documentation into TW

• To ensure the KPIs are followed and to challenge the owners of actions to achieve the target

• Maintain records under Trackwise

• To participate/lead the root cause analysis

• To issue root cause analysis reports

• To support complaint investigator on complaint investigations

• To initiate the input for implementation of corrective and preventive actions

• To participate on NCRB (Nonconformance review board)

• To write Jidoka data and trend it them if needed

Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred)
Master’s Degree in related field advantage, 5+ years experience in related field
Demonstrated excellence in the Quality field including Supplier Quality Engineering in a development & manufacturing environment, preferably in highly regulated area (medical devices, automotive)

Qualifications/Education:

• Secondary school (university degree preferred but not requirement)

• Flexibility, team work, active approach to work
