Base salary and performance-based compensation with bonuses monthly. Currently, our colleagues receive salaries ranging from 1500 to 3000 Euros based on their efforts and efficiency.

O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are actively growing and seeking motivated colleagues for our newly formed Bratislava department, which is focused on international expansion.

Open Positions (two kinds of roles):

  1. Freight Forwarder – responsible for managing and coordinating freight assignments, procurement, and client relationships.

  2. Logistics Coordinator – responsible for the planning and organization of our company-owned van fleet and related logistical operations.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive base salary

  • Performance‑based compensation — monthly bonuses tied to individual efficiency and results

  • Current salaries range from €1,500 to €3,000, depending on performance

  • Profit‑share‑based compensation, terms agreed individually

Requirements (please review carefully):

  • Ability to work independently

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics

  • Intermediate proficiency in English, while fluency in German is an advantage

  • Experience managing procurement, quotation, and delivery of freight assignments

  • Track record of securing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Hungarian language skills are not required but will be considered a plus
