O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
In this role, you will be responsible for completing defined processes related to customer requests and complaints, order and contract processing, and master data maintenance for AT and DE customers. You will execute processes and procedures within agreed deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. You will also contribute to process optimisation by identifying anomalies and resolving them based on established rules, procedures and sound judgement. As part of the role, you will act as first-level support for less experienced colleagues and support their training and onboarding.
Manage customer requests and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels in line with valid SLAs, providing accurate and reliable information.
Enter, update and process customer orders with full data accuracy, ensuring all details are complete before release.
Maintain selected customer master data, contracts and pricing conditions in relevant IT systems.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and complete all required period-end bookings.
Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints efficiently, communicate outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that support high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a key user for SAP and Salesforce by delivering trainings, supporting users and identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.
Cooperate with IT to report and resolve system issues and support the continuous enhancement of tools and workflows.
Support Customer Operations with administrative tasks according to defined procedures and KPIs.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
University Education, Min Bc – Economics, Business
Proven customer service experience > 3 years
Slovak language – fluent C2
German language – fluent min. C1
English language – fluent min. B2
Customer orientation – ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills and active listening
MS Office must, SAP and CRM or other IT system experience – advantage
Accurate and precise working attitude, strong attention to detail
Very good prioritization skills and time management, stress resistant
Performance driven with strong sense of accountability
Capable to identify and address complex issues
Contribute to the optimization of processes workflow and procedures
