Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a proactive HR & Office Administration Analyst to become the cornerstone of our GBS office. In this role, you will balance operational excellence with vital HR support, acting as a central point of contact for our employees and vendors. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office while providing high-level support to the HR department. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Management – Communication with landlord and cleaning services, coordinate site visits, manage mail and couriers.
  • Monitor meeting rooms, kitchen supplies, and order stationery/promo items.
  • Assist with annual equipment inventory and help coordinate service appointments for our company car fleet.
  • Assist with pre-payroll activities (attendance and meal voucher administration) and provide support for other HR operations.
  • Help organize Health & Safety (BOZP) training and schedule employee medical examinations.
  • Support our online learning platform by updating materials and tracking training completion.
  • Create Purchase Orders, monitor invoice workflows, and maintain the office petty cash.
  • Support with travel coordination.
  • Support with supplier contracting and budget estimates.
  • Being a key "helping hand" in organizing company events and managing communication with providers/suppliers.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • At least 2+ years in administration or a similar support role.

  • A background in HR and familiarity with the Slovak Labor Code is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic reporting) is a must. 

  • Experience with SAP or HUMAN is a significant advantage.

  • Fluent in both Slovak and English (written and spoken).

  • Active driver (B)

  • We are looking for a communicative, analytical, detail-oriented colleague with strong organizational and time-management capabilities. A positive "team-player" with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
