Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst – Spanish-Speaking Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for our client to join European Financial Operations team in Bratislava. This role is ideal for finance professionals who want to move beyond traditional accounting and contribute directly to operational and business performance through impactful financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for Amazon Spain vendors
- Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against internal ledger entries
- Handle AR-related inquiries by phone and email, maintaining a high level of vendor satisfaction and professional communication
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including French retail teams and finance processing departments, to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution
- Manage key vendor accounts and support long-term financial solutions
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and reconciliation techniques
- Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to strengthen business relationships and drive process improvements

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Minimum 2 YEARS of EXPERIENCE in finance, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and financial reconciliation
- Strong customer or vendor relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of debit and credit principles
- FLUENT English (written and spoken)
- Spanish language proficiency at B2 level or higher (MANDATORY)
