Receptionist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Manage reception; Handle telephone calls to the Mission; Receive Visa & passport applications/fees from the applicants and handle related queries; Office management and accounting support; Translation/interpretation from Slovak to English and vice-versa; Maintain list of contacts; Any other task assigned by the Embassy.

Zamestnanecké výhody, benefity:

Gross monthly salary Euro 1256/-
Annual Bonus is paid in the month of December on the occasion of Christmas/New Year, equivalent to one month basic salary after the completion of one year of continuous service

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Fluency (both oral and written) in English and Slovak language
- University education (Bachelor degree) desirable
- Good administrative, organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of accounting
- Good communication skills (verbal as well as written)
- The applicant should have three years of related experience
- The person should be cordial and polite in dealing with the visitors and should be willing to learn and develop new skills
- The person should be hardworking and able to solve problems independently
