PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Náplň práce
- Distribution of work tasks to shift workers, organization of shift work
- At the beginning of the shift, the team leader is responsible for the timely start and at the end of the shift, he/she is responsible for the correct completion, evaluation and preparation for the next change
- Coordination of the activities of production workers
- Authorized to stop defective processes or products, as well as the dispatch of defective shipments
- Checking the fulfilment of work tasks
- Registers the shift performance results (quantity, quality, down time), creates short shift report summarizing all relevant important information
- Human resource planning: overtime and holiday control of subordinates to meet company target whilst adhering to legal requirements
- Properly hands over/takes over the shift where ensures smooth transition and continuation of work to avoid down time and avoid creation of scrap product.
- Control of compliance with work discipline
- Proper, timely and responsible performance of tasks
- Inspection of compliance with work procedures and occupational safety principles
- Inspection of compliance with cleanliness and order in production (5S)
- Material handling control
- If necessary, substituting for any job position on a shift
- Close cooperation with the production manager and other departments
- Checking the completeness of the picked material and documentation for production
- Quality and completeness control of finished production intended for export
- Compliance with applicable working procedures and regulations
- Continuous improvement of productivity and quality of work
- Fulfilling other instructions and orders of the production manager
- To appear in public in such a way as to protect the company's reputation by their behaviour and demeanour
- Comply with all regulations and internal documents of the employer and comply with the principles of Quality System (AS9100), especially from the manager's point of view
- Responsibility for the full use of working time (i.e.: keeping break times) and entrusted means of production, including equipment.
- Obligation to immediately notify your superiors of a defective process or product, as well as the dispatch of defective shipments
- Processing of all documents for attendance records and subsequent submission to the HR department for processing

- Intermediate level English knowledge both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in Manufacturing environment,
- 1 year experience as Team Leader
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to analyse, find and present solutions to improve the efficiency.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn production processes.
