Senior Windchill Consultant / Solution Architect

Your tasks

• Design and implement enhancements and extensions to Windchill using Java, Windchill APIs and other development tools (incl. build deployment)
• Develop solution proposals based on customer requirements in close cooperation with Corporate-IT, Paderborn (Germany)
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve issues within Windchill environments
• Configure workflows, lifecycles and access control rules within Windchill
• Perform system integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems (e.g. CAD, SAP-ERP)
• Maintenance of Windchill applications
• Collaborate with Corporate-IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science or equivalent education with several years of professional experience
• 7+ years experience in Windchill / PDMLink / MPMLink customization and configuration (Windchill+ is a bonus)
• Deep knowledge of Windchill data model
• Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, XML, HTML & JavaScript, OData, WRS
• Experience with deployment frameworks (CI/CD) and Linux skills
• Well versed with Windchill APIs
• Extensive experience on Windchill REST services and integrations – SAP-ERP connector, CAx interfaces, Web services (REST/SOAP)
• Familiarity with CAD integrations (CATIAv5, NX, Creo) is a plus
• Good communication skills, strong service mindset and ability to work in a team
• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
