Head of Legal Department

We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Head of Legal Department. We are Vrgineers a small US-Czecht technological startup, specializing in virtual and mixed reality. We are seeking someone responsible, fluent in English with good understanding of Delaware law, living in Prague, Czech Republic.

What will your job description be?

• Head of legal department
• Control and creation of contracts, NDAs, documents
• Assigning tasks to lawyers and cooperation, communication with legal representatives of the company
• Archiving contracts, documents
• Trademarks – cooperation, expansion
• Management of portals – SAM, Delaware, corporate profiles
• Export and import licenses process

What do we expect from you?

• 3+ years of experience as in-house lawyer or as a trainee laywer/ lawyer
• Knowledge of civil, employment and international commercial law, including czech law
• Delaware law
• Native English language skills
• Czech language at least at C1 level
• Communication skills, diligence and consistency Communication skills
• Digital skills, independence, customer focus, problem-solving skills
