O pozícii

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to build and lead our sales efforts in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Job Summary: As a Sales Development Manager, you will be a key player in our expansion, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities across both offline and online channels. You will not only manage sales but also a future team and together driving our sales strategy and building strong relationships with key clients and partners in the CZ/SK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new customers and increase market share in the Czech and Slovak offline and online markets (electronics and smart gadgets market).
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation campaigns.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including product presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to adjust strategies as needed.
Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Development Manager, preferably in a B2B environment or brand activation on the market.
Strong understanding of both offline and online sales methodologies and market dynamics in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Leadership and team management skills(It is not a condition but an opportunity.).
Native or professional working proficiency in Czech or Slovak, with fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
