O pozícii
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing credentials and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of provider data, directly contributing to the high-quality healthcare support we provide to U.S. military members and their families.
Description:
- Manage provider credentialing processes in line with TRICARE contractual requirements and corporate guidelines.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date service provider information is maintained in our systems.
- Engage directly with healthcare providers to obtain credentials and required documentation.
- Support audits, data quality initiatives, and specialized provider networks (e.g., Mental Health, ABA, Telehealth).
- Assist with provider agreement preparations and collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-regional projects, automation efforts, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with TRICARE KPIs and data accuracy standards.
- Review, validate, and, where necessary, translate key provider documentation.
- Promote positive provider relationships and act as a representative of the TRICARE Overseas Program.
- Support onboarding, audits, and internal quality improvement processes.
Profile:
- Language proficiency English and Polish/Spanish
- Experience in data management, credentialing, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with providers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and document review skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with data systems (experience with SPIN is a plus).
- Multilingual skills are advantageous, especially for reviewing host nation language documents.
