O pozícii
We are changing the online shopping experience across Europe! GLAMI is a fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers, in 13 markets in the EU. We are looking for a talented Business Developer that will manage our business partners and help GLAMI grow even further in the CZ/SK market.
💜 THE CHALLENGE…
Acquire new strategic B2B partnerships, and develop relationships with new and existing partners in Czechia and Slovakia. This is a client-facing role that requires a native speaker, knowledge of the local market and prior experience in e-commerce.
🖥️ AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…
- B2B Sales Development - own sales pipelines from lead generation to closing deals, by handling sales automation tools of high efficiency.
- Being the first point of contact for selected potential and existing partners looking for starting or growing their cooperation with GLAMI.
- Consult partners on GLAMI's advertising solution, incl. onboarding and integration with GLAMI.
- Developing an active presence in CZ/SK B2B e-commerce market, representing GLAMI as a B2B brand.
- Participation in projects improving processes, features, and partner experience, impacting all GLAMI markets.
- Reporting and collaboration with the rest of the Market Development team to ensure a constant evolution of global best practices.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Interest in the e-commerce market.
- Experience in Sales/Business Development. Ideally from e-commerce/online marketing companies.
- Fluency in English and native Slovak or Czech.
- Positive go-getter attitude, independent and data-driven, willing to learn and build amazing things.
- A vibrant personality who is proactively looking for improvements.
- This is a client-facing role that requires a native speaker.
