Technical Documentation Specialist

At Finshape, we are looking for a talented Technical Documentation Specialist to create clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow documentation for our products. You’ll make sure our internal teams and clients can quickly understand and use our tools, from low-code solutions to developer APIs.

WHAT WE DO

We build innovative solutions for digital banking and process automation, helping banks deliver smarter, faster services. Our Product development team works on cutting-edge low-code and support tools, constantly improving our stack and exploring new technologies, including AI. Documentation is an essential part of our work – we treat it like code, version it, and continuously refine it to make life easier for everyone using our products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and improve our documentation website, defining its structure and content strategy.
• Turn complex technical concepts into simple, understandable guides, tutorials, and diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and internal users to gather accurate information.
• Consolidate and organize documentation from multiple sources (Confluence, Markdown, MS365).
• Work with tools like AsciiDoc, Antora, Git, PlantUML/Kroki, and AI for documentation queries.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in technical writing, documentation management, or information architecture.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
• Excellent written English with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code approaches (AsciiDoc, Markdown, Git) is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills – you can work with developers, analysts, and other teams to gather information.
• Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage projects efficiently.
• Empathy for your audience – you understand what users need and adapt your writing accordingly.
