What you'll do:

• Lead the complete development lifecycle of new cloud products, from initial concept to successful deployment.
• Make crucial decisions regarding technical architecture, design patterns, and technology selection (including libraries, SDKs, and APIs).
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.
• Mentor and supervise a team of developers, fostering their growth and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design, and ship cutting-edge features.
• Communicate technical proposals and designs effectively to all stakeholders, including Architects, Senior Analysts, and the infrastructure team.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies.
• Deep proficiency in Java and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture (e.g., Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry Runtime).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Czech.
• Ability to create compelling technical proposals and designs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Bonus points for:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Certifications in SAP Cloud technologies.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Kubernetes).
