As our company rapidly expands, so does our HR agenda – and that’s why we’re looking for a Junior HR Admin for our Prague office to help us drive improvements, automation, and efficiency in our HR administration.


𖤍 Oddin’s Call

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Administrator to join our growing HR team and strengthen our current HR Admin colleagues.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative processes across several company brands, supporting the entire employee lifecycle, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires. This role includes preparing both freelance and employment contracts, managing employee benefits and learning activities, collaborating on process improvements, and working closely with a supportive HR team.

Your Position on the Board

📌 Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Organize and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Prepare and manage employment and freelance contracts.
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes, including contract changes and terminations.
  • Maintain and update HR records in compliance with data protection regulations.

📊 HR Process Improvement

  • Support the review and refinement of HR administrative processes.
  • Help align HR processes across international entities.

🤝 Collaboration Across Teams

  • Provide HR administrative support across multiple entities.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure consistency and best practices.

Our Idea of You

Previous experience in administration, ideally in HR

  • Knowledge of Czech labor law is an advantage.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.

🎯 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A proactive approach to improving HR processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

🌍 Fluent in English (and be native in Czech) – you’ll be working with international teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Be based in the Czech Republic (regular commuting to the Prague office once a week).
