Civil Engineer / Construction Project Manager

About the Position

A-direkt s.r.o. is expanding its industrial and R&D infrastructure with the construction of modern laboratories, clean rooms, production areas, and storage facilities.
We are seeking an experienced and authorized Civil Engineer with strong project management and supervisory skills, capable of signing official documentation, preparing project plans, and submitting documentation to local authorities in compliance with Czech construction law.

This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who can lead the technical side of construction projects, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure the timely and compliant completion of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, sign, and submit technical and construction documentation to the relevant authorities.

Manage and supervise construction of laboratories, clean rooms, and industrial facilities.

Design or review architectural, electrical, HVAC, and utility layouts.

Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and local authorities.

Lead and coordinate on-site construction teams and subcontractors.

Ensure full compliance with Czech building regulations, safety, and quality standards.

Oversee budget, procurement, and project schedules.

Report progress to management and participate in facility commissioning.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Design, or related field.

Valid ČKAIT authorization (or eligibility to obtain) — required for signing project documentation.

Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in construction project management or industrial facility design.

Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and utility systems in industrial environments.

Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit and general project management tools.

Fluent in Czech, working level of English for communication with international suppliers.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Attractive salary:

→ 4,500 EUR net/month (~ 109,000 CZK net)
→ equivalent to approx. 152,000 CZK gross/month, depending on tax class.
