We are looking for

Starting in 2026, Swiss-plas s.r.o is looking for a reliable, skilled, and committed individual (m/f/d) to join us as Site Manager in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm (CZ). This person should think strategically, promote efficiency and team performance in a dynamic environment, and lead the team to achieve top results according to global standards.

What we expect
• Preferably technical education with several years of professional experience in the PVD coating sector or technical education with several years of experience in the tooling industry
• Experience as a team leader or in a management position is an advantage
• Resilient, persistent, and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility combined with independent and reliable working style
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities
• Team player with role model qualities
• Proficiency in MS Office

Language Skills
• Czech: fluent in spoken and written form
• English: good spoken and written skills
• German: preferably good spoken skills

Your Responsibilities
After successful onboarding and performance phase, there is an opportunity to establish yourself within 3 years as Production Manager / Site Manager at our coating center.

• Organize and coordinate between customers, production, machine operation, quality assurance, infrastructure maintenance, and safety
• Lead a team of 8–10 employees
• Train and develop employees
• Optimize processes and ensure quality standards with the long-term goal of ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certification
• Collect data and report to management in Switzerland
• Participate in PVD coating service and production processes
• Handle general administrative tasks related to coating services
