O pozícii

Help us build our team in Prague! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles based in Prague. From sourcing and advertising to interviews, offers, and onboarding, you’ll ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll work closely with local and group stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, optimize digital tools, and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize ATS system, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other innovative tools to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture and values.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies when needed.

Profile

  • Previous in-house recruitment experience is essential.
  • Experience recruiting for call center or medical roles is a plus but not required.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Czech.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using HR systems, digital sourcing tools, and data analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
