O pozícii
Help us build our team in Prague! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles based in Prague. From sourcing and advertising to interviews, offers, and onboarding, you’ll ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll work closely with local and group stakeholders to define recruitment strategies, optimize digital tools, and share best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on sourcing strategies.
- Utilize ATS system, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other innovative tools to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to showcase our culture and values.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies when needed.
Profile
- Previous in-house recruitment experience is essential.
- Experience recruiting for call center or medical roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Czech.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using HR systems, digital sourcing tools, and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
