Financial Accounting Senior Manager (M/F)

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Streamline accounting processes, optimize internal workflows, and implement new procedures
• Manage and plan cash flow effectively
• Oversee bank account operations
• Review and validate accounting documents for accuracy
• Maintain communication with suppliers, customers, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate documentation and liaise with auditors
• Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements and reports, including account reconciliations
• Support the compilation of tax filings and related documentation
• Lead and manage a small accounting team

🧩What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1 or higher)
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced skills in accounting software and MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel
