Senior Trader – Environmental Commodities

Within our Origination & Trading desk, we are now looking for a Senior Environmental Commodities Trader who will further develop our environmental commodities portfolio and contribute to additional profit generation.

Job description

As a Senior Environmental Commodities Trader, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing new opportunities across European environmental products (market statistics, legislation reviews, possible specialization in a specific European region outside the Czech Republic)
• Trading environmental commodities with a focus on profit maximization
• Cooperating with other CEZ Group departments when establishing new products
• Building and managing a profitable environmental commodities portfolio
• (EAC/GOO, biomethane, emission reductions, biofuels, CBAM, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of another European language is highly appreciated (Czech is not required)
