For our headquarters, EURO-CENTER Holding SE, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Commercial team.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with clients in the health insurance sector. You will ensure high service performance, oversee contractual and financial matters, and identify opportunities for business growth. The role requires close cooperation with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and customer expectations
- Coordinate onboarding of new services and implementation of operational procedures
- Oversee contract management, renewals, and amendments
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting processes, and outstanding payments
- Prepare, deliver, and discuss regular reports with clients
- Identify business development opportunities and support tender participation
What We Are Looking For:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development, key account management, or client services
- Understanding of travel insurance and/or emergency medical assistance is an advantage
- Fluent English and French and/or German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
