Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Technical Sales

This role is part of a succession plan designed to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of duties. You will be the main point of contact for our customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, particularly in the fields of drive technology, industrial electronics and renewable energy. You will support the implementation of SIBA’s sales strategy by presenting new products, advising on product selection and placement, and actively selling our full range of products. Ideally, you live near our branch in Písek to attend occasional on-site meetings flexibly. At the same time, we offer the possibility to work permanently from home. The travel requirement for the full time position is approximately 50%.

Your Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers with a focus on industrial OEM business (design-in), as well as long-term support and development of the existing customer base
• Identifying customer needs, providing solution-oriented advice, and conducting professional sales discussions
• Market observation, including preparation and communication of market information and sales planning
• Preparing and participating in contract negotiations with customers
• Technical consulting and development of customer-specific solutions
• Close collaboration with colleagues at the SIBA branch in Písek
• Close collaboration with headquarter based colleagues from the technical departments Business Development and Product Marketing
• Participation in regional trade fairs and other customer events

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering or certified technician, alternatively a comparable qualification with many years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of field sales experience in technical sales of consultative products
• Industry experience in electrical engineering is an advantage
• Independent, committed, and communicative personality with strong customer orientation and agility, combined with excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications
• Excellent knowledge of the Czech and Slovak languages and good command of English (spoken and written)
• German language skills are an advantage
