O pozícii

This is a great opportunity for those who work as an IT Technician or Infrastructure Technician, L1 or L2 Computer Support Technician, as well as Area Service Technician, IT Support Technician or as a Service Analyst. You'll be part of a creative group that will work together on challenging tasks to deliver the best user experience for our customers.

Working on-site, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Basic Requirements:

· Support with installation, troubleshooting, and setup of desktops, printers, laptops, and other hardware issues of computer peripherals.

· Experience in supporting and repairing your PC, including basic Windows operating system management.

· Providing IT infrastructure support, which includes hardware, software, operating system, and troubleshooting without affecting hardware warranty breaches or as required by the customer's security requirements.

· 'Smart Hand' support for peripheral and network hardware, including but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, routers, scanners, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets and multi-port data termination panels all under the 'Smart Hands' capability supported by the company and from an available remote technician.

· Working with the corporate LAN and setting up the WAN concept.

· Knowledge of TCP/IP networks.

Skills and experience:

· 3 years or more of experience providing technical support up to the executive management level.

· Ability to solve system and network problems using the deductive reasoning skills of the 'Smart Hands' capability.

· Good written and oral communication and skills with people, clients and management.

· Be able to recognise the ITIL Process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and related activities such as reserve and inventory management.

· Knowledge of Active Directory.

· Czech and English - at least B2 level.

· Knowledge and experience in using software and operating systems, using tools.

· Good knowledge of wireless networks.

· Windows OS and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience.
