Business Development Manager – Battery Energy Storage System| Attractive Fix + % of Sales

🌍 A strong international energy group is expanding its operations in the Czech Republic with a new product division focused on BESS for C&I and Utility scale projects, and is looking for an experienced and strategically thinking Business Development Manager to join the team.

🚀 What awaits you:

- Carrying out O&M activities for the company’s PV assets in the Czech Republic, while also supporting sales and project development activities;

- Building relationships with EPC contractors, investors, developers, construction companies, installation partners and designers;

- Studying the market and actively finding suitable clients in the field of C&I and Utility scale BESS projects;

- Reporting and responsibility for meeting business goals;

- Office-based with regular travel to meet customers and to projects’ sites.

🎯 What you should have:

- Previous experience with PV and/or BESS is a must;

- Experience in selling technical solutions for commercial projects, a serious advantage would be 10 plus years;

- Demonstrable results in the acquisition or development of key customers;

- Proactive approach, result orientation;

- Fluent English;

- Education: Bachelor's degree as a minimum;
