Join our Credit Management team and take ownership of a portfolio of AB InBev customers, ensuring invoices are collected on time and customer disputes and deductions are resolved efficiently. As a Senior Credit Management Specialist, you'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Key Account Managers, FP&A, Invoicing and other teams to resolve issues, manage risks and ensure agreed service levels are met.

You'll also identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, increase account visibility and minimize overdue receivables and commercial losses.

This is a full-time, office-based role, working 5 days a week from our AB InBev office in Prague.

What will you be doing:

• Manage and follow up on customer accounts, invoices, deductions and disputes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor your portfolio, identify risks and minimize overdue receivables.
• Ensure agreed targets and SLAs are consistently met.
• Prioritize daily and monthly activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Use multiple systems and applications, including SAP, Salesforce and internal platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).

What you'll bring:

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Native French proficiency
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Experience in Credit Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collections or a similar area.
• Experience working with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong customer and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
