O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are supporting a client in the expansion of their nutraceutical ingredients business across Eastern Europe and are looking to appoint a Junior Business Development Manager to support commercial activities and develop into an independent B2B sales professional within the dietary supplements industry.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support business development activities in the nutraceutical and supplement industry
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients such as DTC supplement brands, private label companies, e-commerce nutrition brands, and contract manufacturers (CMO / CDMO)
  • Support building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders including purchasing managers, product managers, and founders
  • Assist in presenting the company’s ingredient portfolio to potential clients
  • Support lead generation and market research activities across CEE markets (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Germany)
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities when required
  • Gradually take ownership of selected accounts and commercial opportunities under guidance of senior team members

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C with commercial exposure)
  • Interest in dietary supplements, health, wellness, or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience in client communication or working with business partners is required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to actively identify business opportunities
  • Willingness to learn and develop in international B2B sales
  • Strong English
  • Driving licence (B category) is required
