We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to quickly grasp sophisticated systems. You will play a key role—working closely with the Product Director and CEO—in shaping and delivering our fully automated order fulfillment solution.

This role demands a holistic mindset, rapid learning, and the curiosity to dive deep into technical and operational details. Because each customer operates differently, our product must be flexible and adaptable. You’ll succeed here if you enjoy navigating diverse challenges, taking ownership, and moving fast.

Core responsibilities:

• Own and drive development of SW product components aligned with Brightpick’s strategic vision.
• Define, maintain, and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, robotics specialists, operations, deployment teams, and leadership.
• Ensure product decisions meet both technical constraints and business objectives.
• Transform complex technical topics into clear product requirements, documentation, and user stories.
• Deeply understand customer processes and adapt product solutions accordingly.
• Use analytical reasoning to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize work, and identify the most efficient path to outcomes.
• Daily use of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to support research, writing, and analysis is a must.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
• Experience working with complex products, tools, or platforms—ideally in robotics, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align, influence, and motivate stakeholders.|
• Quick learner comfortable working with deep technical concepts and fast-evolving environments.
• Proactive self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction.
• Ownership mindset—you drive tasks to completion and deliver results.
• Outcome-focused with the ability to determine the most effective path forward.
• Strong balance of technical understanding and business acumen.
