Games Integration Tester

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Games Integration Tester and help make sure our games run flawlessly on our partners' platforms. You'll test game integrations with operator platforms, verify functionality and stability, and work closely with developers and the integration team to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities  

• Test newly delivered games against integration specifications — covering game launch, player session handling, game round flow, and error/recovery behavior. 

• Verify each game meets the compliance requirements of its target market (e.g., responsible gaming messages, RTP disclosure, jurisdiction-specific rules), based on documentation provided by the compliance team. 

• Check that declared game parameters (RTP, paytable, market configuration) match what is documented and delivered, and confirm supporting evidence is complete. 

• Verify games launch and play correctly across all supported channels — browsers, operating systems, and device types, with a strong focus on mobile. 

• Write clear, reproducible defect reports that allow the game studio to understand and fix issues efficiently. 

• Track test progress, defects, and evidence in the team's test-management and ticketing tools. 

• Collaborate daily with the Games Integration Lead, QA engineers, and business analysts to plan testing and clarify requirements. 

Candidate Requirements 

• Previous experience in software testing / QA, ideally 2+ years 

• Basic understanding of software testing principles, test case design, and defect life cycle. 

• Comfortable working with ticketing/test-management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) — prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory. 

• Good written English — you will document defects and communicate with international teams and studios. 

• Interest in or prior exposure to online casino games, gaming platforms, or the iGaming industry is a strong advantage. 

• Ability to work independently on assigned test cycles while following defined test plans and acceptance criteria.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Required Skills 

• Manual software testing (test case execution, exploratory testing, regression checks). 

• Defect reporting and tracking in a ticketing system. 

• Basic familiarity with web/mobile application testing across browsers and devices. 

• Ability to read and apply technical and compliance documentation. 

• Nice to have: basic knowledge of APIs, HTTP, or game/RNG mechanics. 

• Nice to have: experience testing in the iGaming, gambling, or entertainment software industry. 

Technical and tool experience 

Must have 

• Solid professional experience in software testing/QA, ideally in a web-based product environment.  

• Strong experience with functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing.  

• Proven experience testing complex integrations and end-to-end flows  

• Ability to independently create test strategies, test scenarios, test cases and test coverage based on requirements and technical specifications.  

• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and mobile testing.  

• Experience with log analysis and technical troubleshooting to investigate unexpected application or integration behaviour.  

• Experience using Jira or similar defect/ticket management tools.  

• Experience with test management/documentation tools and maintaining clear test evidence.  

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC and STLC.  

• Ability to analyse technical specifications and identify integration risks, edge cases and gaps in test coverage. 

Nice-to-have 

• Previous experience in iGaming, online casino or online slot game testing. 

• Knowledge of slot-game concepts such as RTP, volatility, paylines, RNG, free spins, bonus features, jackpots and game states. 

• Basic experience with REST APIs and tools such as Postman. 

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation. 

• Experience with network debugging tools  

• Basic knowledge of test automation and tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium. 

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD environments. 

• Experience testing games or applications across different regulated markets/jurisdictions.
