Quality Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with proven experience in the automotive industry who will play a key role in managing and stabilising quality at a newly established production plant in Žilina. This position reports directly to the plant's general manager and to Korean management. The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing internal and external aspects of quality, the quality system, minimising complaint costs and building strong customer relationships. An important part of the job will be stabilising output quality for key European clients.

• Responsibility for internal quality: production process, scrap rate, efficiency of implemented processes.
• External quality management: supplier quality, customer complaints, complaint costs.
• Implementation and maintenance of quality standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Direct management and development of the team.
• Stabilization of supply quality for Western European customers.
• Communication and cooperation with plant management and central management in Korea.

• Knowledge of automotive quality standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
