Supply Chain Processes Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a SCH Processes Analyst to drive continuous improvement within the logistics function, focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and increased operating income.
This role also serves as the primary interface for OEM customer delivery complaints, ensuring full compliance with customer logistics requirements and actively reducing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).

Key responbilities:

• Analyze and optimize inbound, internal, and outbound logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Identify bottlenecks and drive data-based continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead logistics improvement projects using Lean / CI methodologies

• Define, monitor, and report logistics KPIs

• Act as the primary contact for OEM logistics and delivery complaints

• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate cross-functional corrective actions (CAPA)

• Ensure compliance with OEM delivery, packaging, labeling, and logistics requirements

• Track and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) related to logistics

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or process improvement

• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and data

• Hands-on experience with customer complaints and root cause analysis (automotive / OEM environment is a strong advantage)

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies is an advantage

• Project management skills with the ability to drive change

• Good communication skills and English proficiency

• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach
