Health Safety Environment (HSE) Specialist - senior

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Management, or SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Management.

We are seeking a professional with knowledge of international standards, particularly ISO 45001.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Coordinating SHE activities across the company's European subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain.

• Implementing and adapting global SHE standards and policies to meet the requirements of individual countries and operations.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to occupational health, safety, and environmental performance.

• Conducting safety audits and inspections at manufacturing plants, logistics centers, and office facilities.

• Coordinating risk assessment processes and ensuring preventive measures are in place to protect employee health and safety.

• Being responsible for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the ISO 45001 management system across European locations.

• Participating in the development and digitalization of the global SHE platform.

• Supporting investigations of serious workplace accidents, analyzing root causes, and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.

• Collaborating with HSE managers, engineering and facility teams, research centers, and the company's headquarters.

• Actively contributing to the development of a strong safety culture and the continuous improvement of the working environment across all European operations.
