Medior DevOps Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Medior DevOps Engineer to join our innovative and rapidly growing team in the mobile robotics industry. In this role, you will work not only with large-scale systems but also directly support our fleet of autonomous robots. You will contribute to our DevOps initiatives, support the continuous improvement of our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and work across both cloud and on-premise environments.

Core responsibilities

• Contribute to DevOps initiatives and apply established best practices
• Help provision and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools
• Deploy and manage workloads with Helm and Argo CD
• Collaborate with software, QA, and operations teams
• Support improvements to system reliability, performance, and scalability through automation
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating complex cases as needed
• Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in a DevOps/infrastructure engineering role
• Some experience with on-premise or embedded systems is highly valuable
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) and code versioning tools (git)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; deployment tools (Helm, Argo CD) a plus
• Advanced capabilities in Linux administration
• Intermediate knowledge of at least 1 scripting/programming language (Python or Bash preferred)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK Stack)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud)
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Primary language: Slovak; English proficiency: C1 level
