Apply now for the position of Team Assistant - student (m/f/d), and you will support our Team Assistant, who is taking care about the daily run of our office in Žilina.

Your role:

• You help keep our office running smoothly and support the team with everyday admin tasks.
• You create and manage purchase orders.
• You make sure office and IT equipment is ready to use and in good shape.
• You help organize meetings, team events, and other activities.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• You have basic experience with common IT tools, web applications, and online platforms.
• You can communicate in English (B1 level or higher), both verbally and in writing.
