We are a product company with a small-company culture: teams own what they build, talk to customers directly, and get real time and budget to keep learning. We are now looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of our Cloud Native Workforce Management product.

ABOUT TEAMS

You will join the team building our Cloud Native Workforce Management (WFM) solution – the product that helps teams to manage forecast demand, schedule people and run their day-to-day at scale. The team is cross-functional and self-organizing: product, backend, frontend, QA and DevOps working together in a genuinely agile setup, owning their components from idea through to production.

We are adopting AI across both product and engineering, so you will be working in an environment where new tooling and new ways of working are actively encouraged. Depending on business priorities and your own interests, you may also be assigned to other products or projects in our portfolio – which means a broad view of the product platform.        

• Create, prioritize and own the roadmap for the Workforce Management product

• Communicate with internal and external customers to align the product roadmap

• Work with cross-functional development teams to deliver new products & enhance existing features

• Act as a single point of contact for communicating business requirements to the teams

• Identify opportunities to apply AI in the product, and define, validate and deliver AI-driven features

• Define and track product success metrics; use data and customer feedback to drive future roadmap

• Act as product representative and bridge communication between development and stakeholders

• Take ownership of other products or projects when business priorities require it

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager

• Product proficiency with good communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with AI in a product management context – a realistic understanding of what today’s AI technologies (LLMs, agents, ML-based forecasting) can and cannot do, and hands-on experience using AI tools in your own product work

• Proficiency in English language in professional settings

• Pluses

  • Technical understanding in SaaS and web technologies

  • Experience with workforce management, contact center, or other operations software
