Order controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking an experienced Order Controller to join our team in Nitra, Slovakia, who is willing to work in shifts, 2 shift pattern. For the future may be added also 3rd shift.

Your Responsibilities:

Support for all operational departments with regards to packing queries 

Understand requirements and take decisive actions 

Ensure line down time is minimal 

Assist in follow up of Customer concerns 

Identify and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures. 

Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.  

Ensure all relevant information for each project is contained within the DP World order book and is accurate in order to ensure all shipments can be processed without delay 

Develop and maintain Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a “Right First Time” product to the customer 

Ensure that all customers required quality processes are operated in line with specification, i.e. QCOS 

Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.  

Timely release of packing orders to the lines in accordance with manning hours and MCD date for the build plan on the project 

Liaising with RFU to ensure all materials due are delivered in a timely fashion in accordance with

the MRD date for the project 

Receives daily supervision, guidance and direction from the MP&L Supervisor and Manager. 

May receive advice, counsel, and direction from various operations staff. 

May receive direction or guidance from other supervisory staff.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Your Profile:

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Proven experience in order process control is essential.
• Ability to propose solutions and requirements based on data analysis.
• Ability to understand process diagrams and contextual business maps.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (AOS and SAP) and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in both Slovak and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to perform repetitive duties and detail work accurately.  
• Ability to work with frequent distractions. 
• Administrative ability. 
• Good customer service and/or interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in working with operations managers, staff, and hourly employees. 
• Proficiency in working with customers
  
• Willingness to work in shifts.
