IT Business Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to support two strategic development projects as part of our transition to group-standard solutions under Porsche Bank Austria. The projects include:

• A new dealer frontend system for car dealers to offer leasing, financing, and insurance products (target go-live: mid-2026).

• Replacement of core systems for product and contract administration (target go-live: 2027).

 The consultant will act as a key link between business stakeholders and the development team in Austria, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and implemented. A critical part of the role will be writing and managing Jira user stories and Confluence documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear Jira epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Maintain structured and up-to-date Confluence documentation for all project phases.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.

• Create process models, user journeys, and use cases.

• Ensure traceability of requirements and alignment with business goals.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Mentor internal project members and transfer knowledge from previous software development projects. 

• Work primarily on-site in Bratislava, with up to one visit per quarter to HQ in Salzburg.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence – writing and managing user stories, epics, and technical documentation.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) but Slovak is a must.

​Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise systems and APIs.

• Familiarity with data flows, integrations, and technical constraints.

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in regulated environments, especially banking and data privacy.

• Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural teams.

• German language skills are helpful but not required.​
