Innixus is an advisory and consulting firm specializing in go-to-market (GTM), sales, and business development for cybersecurity and technology startups.
We also design and operate startup programs, working closely with founders and partners to help early-stage companies grow through structured programs, community, and practical, real-world execution.

The Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded, well-networked senior professional to lead ecosystem partnerships and oversee program operations for a new European Tech Incubator & Innovation Hub based in Bratislava. This is a founding team role - you will be central to building the incubator's identity, reputation, and deal flow in the CEE startup ecosystem.

Partnerships are at the heart of this role. You will own relationships with universities, investors, corporates, government bodies, and the broader startup community. yYu will provide strategic oversight of program delivery, ensuring the right people, structure, and milestones are in place.

Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Partnerships & Business Development
- Own and develop strategic partnerships with universities, accelerators, VCs, corporate sponsors, and government innovation bodies across CEE
- Develop and manage value-add partnerships that benefit the startup cohort and strengthen the program offering
- Represent innixus and the Innovation Center at industry events, demo days, and conferences
- Develop GCC distribution and commercialization pathways for graduating startups


Program Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of the incubator program across the team units
- Manage the application portal, intake pipeline, and due diligence coordination
- Coordinate mentor matching, 1:1 sessions, and weekly cohort check-ins
- Track startup milestones and produce regular progress reports for the steering committee
- Oversee co-working space activation alongside program delivery - managing bookings, memberships, and event hosting logistics

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in business or startup ecosystems, venture programs, accelerators, or innovation hubs
- Proven track record in partnership development and business development - you have a strong existing network in CEE or European tech
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or projects end-to-end
- Background in or strong exposure to Tech, AI, or Deep Tech sectors
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border programs is a strong plus
