Manager of Development /SW Engineering

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Manage and lead the delivery and development team, which implemented complex SW Solutions.

• Support cross business lines solutions, play an integrator role and identify synergies and dependencies in complex requirements
• Take over responsibility for the IT strategy and architecture in given areas
• Take over responsibility for data architecture and play a key role in data management
• Run complex projects, assure the efficient delivery of changes as well as a smooth operation with high quality, hence to make sure an effective maintenance is in place
• Deployment of service management tools, governance, methodologies, standards, procedures and a cornerstone of the IT strategy.
• Deployment of service management tools, methodologies and standards.
• Deployment of infrastructure within agreed time, cost and quality requirements
• Act as a technical lead for a team of FE/BE developers responsible for risk and reporting applications.
• To lead development of company’s product applications.
• Ensure proper using of tools, development standards and methodologies within the team.
• Mentor junior team members
• Management of 3&2nd level, DevOps and follow up all processes related to Service and Maintenance (Installation and maintenance all related software)
• Responsibility for responsibly for the budget and revenue for your own project portfolio and operations services and recharge management.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow,
• Communication with headquarter, reporting to Business Unit Manager.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in IT
• Minimum 3 years experience IT management development or architecture teams
• Good understanding of a broad range of IT systems of SW solutions and architectures (concepts / implementations)
• Previous experience as a development senior engineering web applications
