What will you do? 

Strategic Leasing of Industrial commercial Real Estate
You will be responsible for leasing logistics parks, production facilities, and warehouse spaces. 

Relationship Management & Business Development
You will act as a trusted partner to occupiers, developers, and investors. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships, and matching clients’ needs with suitable real estate solutions.

Advisory & Negotiation
You will deliver market analyses, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support the preparation of lease agreements.

Fieldwork, Analysis & Strategy
Your role will include property viewings, presentations of technical specifications, data analysis, and the preparation of reports that support strategic decision-making.

Networking & Market Insight
You will actively monitor developments in the industrial market, attend industry events, and build a strong professional network both locally and internationally.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Professional experience

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in (Civil) Engineering, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience with full business process (acquisition, advisory, client management) in real estate, logistics, transportation, automation, robotics, and technology solutions

Qualifications & skills

• Business winning capability with understanding of commitment to client service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Slovak language
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
