Intern with French or Spanish in PTP Team

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the world of international finance? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We are looking for motivated university students to join our newly established teams in the finance department. You will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of our core financial streams: PTP (Purchase To Pay).


#Who we are looking for#

- Current Slovak University student (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Management).
- Proficiency in English and Spanish OR French (B2 level or higher) – you will use it daily for communication and system work.
- Attention to detail – you understand that accuracy is critical in finance.
- Basic Excel skills – familiarity with functions like VLOOKUP or Pivot Tables is a great advantage.
- Reliability and proactivity – we value students who take ownership of their tasks and are eager to learn.
- Valid work permit


#Your future role#

- Support the Accounts Payable team with processing vendor invoices in financial systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
- Perform "3-way matching" by verifying that invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes match accurately.
- Communicate with international suppliers to address payment inquiries or missing information.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and administrative tasks related to payments and invoices.
- Help resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to creating reports on PTP metrics, such as invoice processing times and payment accuracy, and support data analysis.
