Finance Transformation Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive automation, process excellence, and operational efficiency across the Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) processes within our Global Business Services (GBS). This role will be instrumental in identifying transformation opportunities, managing large-scale projects, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support our global finance and operations strategy. The ideal candidate will combine a strong finance background, an overview of IT solutions, technologies and ERP platforms, and a proven track record in business transformation within a shared service or multinational corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process transformation and automation initiatives across OTC, PTP, and RTR functions.

• Identify and prioritize improvement and automation opportunities, including RPA, AI, workflow tools, and advanced analytics.

• Partner with Global Process Owners and Regional Finance Leaders to harmonize and optimize processes globally.

• Define, track, and review major operational and performance KPIs; lead root cause analysis and action planning.

• Drive design and implementation of global projects, including ERP upgrades, tool deployments, and finance digitalization.

• Act as a change agent to foster a continuous improvement culture within the GBS.

• Collaborate with IT, data, and business intelligence teams to align transformation strategy with technology capabilities.

• Prepare and deliver executive updates, transformation roadmaps, and business case justifications.

• Mentor and support junior transformation team members and project leads.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, transformation, or shared services.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cross-functional transformation programs or initiatives.

• Good understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI,).

• Familiarity with process mining, data analytics, and AI/ML solutions in finance is a strong plus.

• Experience with KPI frameworks, benchmarking, and performance management systems.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead and influence in a global, matrixed organization.

• High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
