Quality Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions at our facility in Slovakia. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in IATF 16949 and posses a strong background within the automotive manufacturing supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in strict compliance with IATF 16949 standards.Manage all customer quality interactions, including audits, requirements review, and issue resolution (e.g., 8D reports).Oversee internal audit programs, process audits, and supplier quality management. Drive problem-solving activities for internal and external quality incidents using core tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and report on quality performance to management.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer role within the automotive industry.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IATF 16949; certification as a Lead Auditor is highly preferred.Strong expertise in core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. Experience with customer and third-party audits (e.g., VDA 6.3). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
