HR Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and plant priorities.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and exits.

• Lead recruitment processes including candidate interviews 

• Coordinate performance management processes, probation and fixed-term contract reviews, salary reviews and pay transparency activities.

• Manage payroll inputs, manage attendance and time tracking, and ensure accurate HR administration and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with labour law, GDPR, internal policies and pay transparency principles.

• Act as a key HR partner for the Plant Manager, production management and employees in daily operational HR matters.

• Handle employee relations cases, workplace discipline, conflict situations and sensitive HR topics.

• Coordinate training activities, onboarding processes and selected HR projects such as skills mapping and motivation system reviews.

• Cooperate with external institutions and partners, including authorities, employment agencies, recruitment providers and payroll/HSE partners.

• Prepare HR reports and monitor key HR KPIs ( including absenteeism, overtime, turnover and workforce data...)

• Regular communication and cooperation with international HR teams across the company group.
