 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent - German Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast - and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Bratislava.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing well known sports brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.

• Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.

• Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both German and English.

• A passion for helping customers.

• Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.

• Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.

• A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

 What We Offer

• Start Date: November/December.

• Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months with possibility to move into a permanent contract).

• Full-time (also possibility of part-time)

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00 - Rotative Schedule of 8 hours, 5 days per week

• Salary: €19,000 gross per year.

• Working Model: Hybrid

• Training: Full-Time Training for 2 weeks

• Office Location: Bratislava - Nové Mesto
